TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 16 YEARS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH A DISABILITY WHO ARE LIVING IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF STOCKPORT AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AN INFORMATION AND RESOURCE SERVICE TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS AND TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS INVOLVED IN THE EDUCATION, CARE AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN SO THAT THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED
