THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDS OR GRANTS TO SUCH PERSONS AND/OR PUPILS WHO ARE TALENTED, DESERVING AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF THEIR FAMILIES' FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR THEIR OWN IMPECUNIOSITY.
