IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE OBJECTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT PROVIDED THAT IN EXERCISING THEIR DISCRETION BUT WITHOUT BINDING THEM IN ANY WAY THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE SETTLOR'S WISH TO BENEFIT CHARITABLE CAUSES AND OBJECTS IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND; THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS
