DURING THE LIFETIME OF MR WEIR'S WIDOW THE INCOME SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED EACH YEAR TO SUCH LOCAL CHARITIES (BY WHICH IS MEANT CHARITIES OPERATING WITHIN NORTHUMBERLAND, TYNE AND WEAR AND COUNTY DURHAM) AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
