Charitable objects
(I) TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE AND ENCOURAGE RESTORATION OF THE BUDE CANAL WHERE POSSIBLE AND TO PROMOTE AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND THE FULLEST APPROPRIATE USE BY THE PUBLIC OF THE CANAL AND ITS ENVIRONS.
(II) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE HISTORY AND FORMER USE OF THE BUDE CANAL AND IN ASSOCIATED WILDLIFE OF CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS GENERALLY.
