TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE HARROGATE DISTRICT OF NORTH YORKSHIRE ATTENDING THE MUSIC CENTRE AT GRANBY HIGH SCHOOL, HARROGATE, OR WHATEVER OTHER VENUE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE IN USE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AT THE CENTRE WHICH WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY EDUCATION AUTHORITY
