THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND OLD AGE IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING BY ACQUIRING BY ANY MEANS, RUNNING AND MAINTAINING OR PROCURING THE RUNNING AND MAINTAINING OF THE WATLINGTON HOSPITAL, WATLINGTON, OXFORDSHIRE ("THE HOSPITAL") AS A LOCAL NURSING HOME, OLD PEOPLES' HOME, SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION AND CLINIC OF ALL KINDS FOR THE PROVISION OF IN-PATIENT AND OUT-PATIENT, MEDICAL, SOCIAL, DOMESTIC AND OTHER FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE RECUPERATION, CARE, ATTENTION, ENTERTAINMENT AND WELL-BEING OF THE RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS THEREIN, SUCH RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS INCLUDING RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS REFEREED TO THE HOSPITAL BY MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS BASED IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PARISHES OF: ADWELL, BRIGHTWELL BALDWIN, CHALGROVE, CHINNOR, CUXHAM WEST EASINGTON, IPSTEN, LEWKNOR, PISHIL W .STONOR, PYRTON, SHIRBURN, STADHAMPTON AND WATLINGTON.
