(B) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY ARISING FROM AGE, SICKNESS OR
PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE LONDON
BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL HELP,
SERVICE, SUPPORT, ADVICE, ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION TO THOSE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THEIR CARE, ESPECIALLY SPOUSES, PARTNERS AND RELATIVES WHO HAVE AN
UNPAID RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAILY CARE AND TREATMENT (“THE CARERS”).
