THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN UNITED KINGDOM ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") TO PRESERVE LIFE AND PROPERTY BY PREVENTING THE CRIME OF MALE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND/OR CHILDREN BY THE GIVING OF AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO RECOGNISE THE RAISING OF PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THIS CRIME AND ITS CONSEQUENCES.
