Charitable objects
IS TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH IN WALES WITHIN THE PARISH.
2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH IN WALES WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF ST ASAPH.
3) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSES 22 AND 23 THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY.
