THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE, NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE AND NORTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE REGIONS WHO HAVE RUN AWAY FROM OR BEEN FORCED TO LEAVE THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE DUE TO DOMESTIC CRISES BY DEVELOPING SUCH CHARITABLE SERVICES WHICH COULD LEAD TO THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION.
