(A) TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENT IN THE VILLAGE OF GRASMERE TO PEOPLE WHO BY REASON OF LIMITED INCOME, AGE OR DISABILITY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD HOUSING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (B) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE HISTORICAL MEMORIAL COTTAGES WHICH COMPRISE THE PROPERTY, AND THEIR SETTING AND, IF IT PROVES DESIRABLE OR POSSIBLE TO DO SO, TO ADD TO THEIR NUMBER; (C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LANDSCAPE AND FEATURES OF THAT PART OF THE VILLAGE OF GRASMERE IN THE LAKE DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK IN WHICH THE PROPERTY (AND ANY OTHER PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE ACQUIRED BY THE TRUSTEES) IS SITUATED
