THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THE ` AND MAINTENANCE OF MEMORIALS TO ALL THE MERCHANT NAVY SEAFARERS AND DEEP SEA FISHERMEN OF HARWICH AND DISTRICT WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE TWO WORLD WARS AND ALL CONFLICTS SINCE. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE WORK OF MERCHANT NAVY SEAFARERS DURING THE TWO WORLD WARS AND RELATED MATTERS. (PLEASE SEE COPY OF THE CONSTITUTION ON FILE).
