TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE ILL, DISABLED, ELDERLY OR OTHERWISE HANDICAPPED LIVING IN THE HYNDBURN & RIBBLE VALLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF BURNLEY PENDLE AND ROSSENDALE BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR THEIR CARERS; AND TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS IN ALL ASPECTS RELATING TO CARERS AND CARING'.
