Charitable objects
THE HALL, AND ANY OTHER PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE ACQUIRED FOR THE CHARITY (THE TRUST PROPERTY) SHALL BE HELD ON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SOUTH PETHERWIN IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE GENERAL OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE INHABITANTS.
