TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION IN THE ARTS IN ALL THEIR FORMS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRIES OF NORTHUMBERLAND, CUMBRIA, TYNE AND WEAR AND DURHAM THROUGH THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF QUEEN'S HALL ARTS CENTRE, HEXHAM AND BY ANY OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
