B) TO PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE OF THE AREA IN THE FORM OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, PLANT AND MACHINERY OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST.
