THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY OF THOSE WITH PHYSICAL, AND/OR LEARNING DISABILITIES RESIDENT IN WESTMINSTER BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND RECREATION.
