DECLARATION OF TRUST EXECUTED ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER 2001 AS AMENDED BY SUPPLEMENTAL DEED DATED 14TH APRIL 2002.

Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"): 1. TO ADVANCE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EVANGELICAL TENETS OF THE FAITH; 2. TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP, OR WHO ARE AGED OR SICK, AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY; 3. TO ADVANCE OTHER SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
