TO RELIEVE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPORT AND RECREATION FOR THE SAID INDIVIDUALS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
