TO PROMOTE (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) THE CONSERVATION AND WELFARE OF AMPHIBIANS AND REPTILES, IN THE UK AND ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, HABITAT RECLAMATION, REMEDIATION AND RESTORATION, AND TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AMENITY AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE RELEVANT TO AMPHIBIANS AND REPTILES AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
