TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS BY: 1) ESTABLISHING AND ADMINISTERING AN ENDOWMENT SUFFICIENT TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE AMENITIES FOR BUXTON FESTIVAL AND TO EXTEND THE WORK OF THE BUXTON FESTIVAL 2) SUPPORTING THE BUXTON ARTS FESTIVAL LIMITED AND BUXTON FESTIVAL SOCIETY (BOTH BEING REGISTERED CHARITIES WITH NUMBERS 276957 AND 513970) BY PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT 3) DOING ALL THINGS CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTS OF BUXTON ARTS FESTIVAL LIMITED AND BUXTON FESTIVAL SOCIETY 4) UNDERTAKING SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE TRUSTS RELATED TO CLAUSE 1 TO 3 ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
