1) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NEED WHO SERVED IN THE FORMER REGIMENTS OR THE SUCCESSOR REGIMENT AND THEIR DEPENDENTS;
2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND TRADITIONS OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS AND THE SUCCESSOR REGIMENT; AND
3) TO PROMOTE MILITARY EFFICIENCY IN PARTICULAR OF THE 1ST BATTALION THE ROYAL ANGLIAN REGIMENT AND THE NORFOLK BASED TA INFANTRY SUB UNITS.
