Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED (THE "OBJECTS") ARE SUCH OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING":- 3.1 THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL OR MORAL IMPROVEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY PROMOTING AND IMPROVING CHARITABLE GIVING BY THE PUBLIC: 3.1.1 BY INFORMING, ADVISING AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT CHARITABLE GIVING WITH A VIEW TO ENCOURAGING AND IMPROVING FUND-RAISING AND PLANNED CHARITABLE GIVING PARTICULARLY BY THE CREATION OF A FELLOWSHIP BODY OF PHILANTHROPISTS, WHICH WILL HIGHLIGHT BEST PRACTICE IN INNOVATION IN PHILANTHROPY BY WAY OF RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATE AND IMPLEMENT FINDINGS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC; AND 3.1.2 THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONALLY RECOGNISED AWARD SCHEME THROUGH WHICH EXCEPTIONAL PHILANTHROPIC ACTS WHICH IMPACT UPON CHARITABLE PURPOSES CAN BE ACKNOWLEDGED, REWARDED AND PROMOTED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. I THIS OBJECT "CHARITABLE GIVING" MEANS GIVING FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES (AS RECOGNISED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES), PARTICULARLY TO CHARITIES, BY WAY OF MONEY, VOLUNTEER TIME AND OTHER USEFUL RESOURCES
