THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN KONDAVIL, JAFFNA, SRI LANKA. 1 TO RELIEVE AND ASSIST ELDERLY PEOPLE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, A DISABILITY OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH; 2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION' 3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION; 4 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.
