FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF HALKYN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT') WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF HALKYN PARISH HALL FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS
