TO OR FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES SUCH BODIES ASSOCIATIONS OR ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND WHOSE PRINCIPAL OBJECTS SHALL BE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND HARDSHIP (AND IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF YOUNG CHILDREN WHO ARE VULNERABLE) OR TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SUCH OTHER CHARITIES OR TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME FOR SUCH OTHER OBJECTS AS SHALL BE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AN WALES.
