THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY FOR TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE ("THE OBJECTS") IN ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, POLAND, THE CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA, CROATIA, ROMANIA, BULGARIA, SERBIA-MONTENEGRO, BOSNIA, MACEDONIA, ALBANIA, GREECE, CYPRUS, RUSSIA (WEST OF THE URALS), UKRAINE, MOLDOVA, ARMENIA, GEORGIA, AZERBAIJAN, TURKEY, LEBANON, SYRIA, JORDAN, IRAQ, PALESTINE, ISRAEL, EGYPT, LIBYA, TUNISIA, ALGERIA, MOROCCO, WESTERN SAHARA AND MAURITANIA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT").
