Charitable objects

3.1 SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 2 THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, IN MAKING GRANTS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES WITHIN OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE AREA AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT. 3.2 NO PART OF THE INCOME OR CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLIED IN A MANNER THAT WOULD OR MIGHT ADVERSELY AFFECT HANSON'S ABILITY TO USE ITS MANUFACTURING AND TRADING FACILITY AT ELLINGHAM DROVE, IBSLEY, RINGWOOD, HAMPSHIRE OR WHICH MIGHT SUPPORT ANYTHING CALCULATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO LEAD TO HANSON BEING PREVENTED FROM SUCH USE OR SUFFERING THE USE TO BE RESTRICTED, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF HANSON.
