C.L.O.W.N.S. MISSION STATEMENT is to improve the quality of life for families by providing quality support to those living in isolated circumstances, by delivering support to parents/ carers and opportunities to 0-13 year olds, encouraging families to learn, thrive and be happy. Services include Parent/Toddler groups, Activity Sessions, Toy Library, Outreach support and Holiday Playschemes.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE WEST SOMERSET AREA IN PARTICULAR BY THE CO-ORDINATION AND PROVISION AND FACILITATION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAY INFORMAL EDUCATION RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS BEING OPPORTUNITIES:- A) OF WHICH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED FOR SOCIAL ECONOMIC OR CULTURAL REASONS B) WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL WELL-BEING AND WHICH WILL HELP PROVIDE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
