TO PROMOTE RELIGIOUS HARMONY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY:
(1) FACILITATING AND ENCOURAGING INTERACTION AND FRIENDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT FAITH BACKGROUNDS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF DISTINCTIVE BELIEFS AND PRACTICES AND OF COMMON GROUND; AND
(2) SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL INTERFAITH GROUPS.
