TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS (REGION) WHO ARE DISENGAGED OR AT RISK OF DISENGAGING THEMSELVES FROM THE COMMUNITY AND MAINSTREAM EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF A MENTORING SERVICE WITH THE AIM OF RE-ENGAGING THEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY
