Charitable objects
(A) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PERSONS IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROMOTION OF INDEPENDENT LIVING; (B) TO PROMOTE THE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, INCLUDING TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES, INDEPENDENT LIVING ADVISORS AND CENTRES AND EMPLOYEES REGARDING INDEPENDENT LIVING. "INDEPENDENT LIVING" MEANS THAT DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE SELF DETERMINATION, CONTROL AND CHOICE, EQUAL ACCESS TO ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL LIFE AND CAN PARTICIPATE AS CITIZENS ON AN EQUAL BASIS.
