TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE WYE VALLEY'S PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND THAT OF IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING AREAS WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE WYE VALLEY AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY AND IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING AREAS.
