Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY CARERS AND PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENT WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME BY OFFERING A RESPITE SERVICE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY BASED CARE ATTENDANTS. THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT' SHALL BE THE METROPOLITAN COUNTY OF WEST YORKSHIRE BUT PRIORITY SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE NEEDS OF ELIGIBLE PERSONS WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF CALDERDALE.
