TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT TO PROVIDE IN PEMBROKE A CENTRE FOR MEETING SESSIONS AND OTHER FORMS OF LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
