B) TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF JEWS IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
C) OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
