TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, AND ADULTS INVOLVED WITH BRASS BANDS AND DEVELOP THE ART OF BRASS BAND MUSIC-MAKING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR WITHIN THE COUNTIES OF NORTH YORKSHIRE, CUMBRIA, CLEVELAND, COUNTY DURHAM, TYNE AND WEAR, AND NORTHUMBERLAND, BY THE PROVISION AND SUPPORT OF TRAINING AND PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OF A RANGE OF WORKS.
