3. THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS.
