THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ON THE CHELMER & BLACKWATER NAVIGATION ("THE NAVIGATION") IN ESSEX AND ELSEWHERE (THE AREA OF BENEFIT") FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RESTORE AND PRESERVE THE LIGHTER SUSAN AS THE ONLY EXAMPLE OF A WORKING WOODEN LIGHTER PURPOSE-BUILT FOR USE ON THE NAVIGATION AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE NAVIGATION BY EXHIBITING AND OPERATING THE LIGHTER SUSAN.
