Charitable objects
3. THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE: 3.1 TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISABLED PEOPLE AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 3.1.1 PROVIDING HOUSING INITIATIVES WITH THE AIM OF MEETING THEIR INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED HOUSING NEEDS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE AND WHERE POSSIBLE TO ASSIST THEM IN ALLYING WITH AN APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AGENCY (FOR THEIR BENEFIT) SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; 3.1.2 PROVIDING HOUSES, HOSTELS OR ANY OTHER HOUSING ACCOMMODATION AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES, SERVICES, ADVICE FOR SUCH PERSONS; 3.1.3 PROVIDING SERVICES, ADVICE OR ASSISTANCE UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS TO SUCH PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF AND ARRANGING OR CARRYING OUT WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE TO HOMES OCCUPIED BY THEM AND PROVIDING ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED TO MEET THE DISABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF SUCH PERSONS; 3.1.4 PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND 3.2 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT TRADE FOR PROFIT.
