TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY WORKING TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION IN THE AREAS OF RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, RELIGION AND SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS.
