(1) TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL PLANT, ANIMAL AND BIRD LIFE OF MILL PARK BY CREATING AND MAINTAINING NATURAL HABITATS. (2) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF MILL PARK AS A PLACE OF ECOLOGICAL INTEREST, BEAUTY, REST AND RECREATION FOR THE PEOPLE OF LONG BUCKBY. (3) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY, ECOLOGY, CONSERVATION AND OTHER ASPECTS OF MILL PARK.
