(B) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
