1 TO SUPPORT WITH FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUCH PARISHES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE; SUCH PROJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. 2 TO SUPPORT WITH FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUCH PARISHES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE SUCH PROJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH THE CONSERVATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY PROMOTING DIVERSITY. 3 TO SUPPORT WITH FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUCH PARISHES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE SUCH PROJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH THE PROMOTION AND FACILITATION OF PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF HEALTH AND FITNESS. 4 TO SUPPORT WITH FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUCH PARISHES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE SUCH PROJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ISSUES OF ROAD SAFETY WITH THE OBJECT OF REDUCING DEATH AND INJURY ON THE ROADS PARTICULARLY BY PROMOTING SAFE PRACTICES IN RELATION TO ROAD USE.
