The Little Brig Sailing Trust aims to provide an affordable and accessible tall ship sailing experience for disabled, disadvantaged and able-bodied youngsters aged 10 to 16. The Trust can cater for varied ability groups and individuals with specially designed programs to suit most needs. The main aim is to help build self confidence and social skills in an exciting environment.

Charitable objects
(A) TO EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAIL AND OTHER TRAINING SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. (B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
