3. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
3.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY) BY PROMOTING, IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP AMONGST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND, IN PARTICULAR, LOCAL AUTHORITY EMPLOYEES AND COUNCILLORS.
3.2 TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EFFICIENT PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ORGANISATION AND PRACTICE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS, IN PARTICULAR LOCAL AUTHORITY EMPLOYEES AND COUNCILLORS.
