A. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND CARE ORGANISATIONS ON THE NUTRITIONAL AND ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS INVOLVED IN CATERING FOR OLDER VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS; AND B. TO RELIEVE POOR HEALTH AMONGST ELDERLY VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS BY PROVIDING FREE ADVICE AND GUIDANCE MATERIALS TO THOSE ENTRUSTED WITH THEIR CARE.
