3. THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS")
(A) MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY OF SCHOOL HOUSE, SALCOME REGIS, DEVON IN A HABITABLE CONDITION.
(B) UTILISING ANY SURPLUS MONIES GENERATED FROM PROPERTY OWNED BY THE TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUPPORTING ANY SCHOOL IN SALCOMBE REGIS, DEVON OR FOR SUCH CHURCH WORK OR PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
