Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE ADVANCE AND PROVIDE OR ARRANGE FOR THE MAINTENANCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR WOMEN WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE HEIR PROSPECTS OF EMPLOYMENT OR THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND TO ENCOURAGE RESEARCH INTO THE EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING NEEDS OF SUCH WOMEN AND TO FACILITATE DISSEMINATION OF SUCH RESEARCH TO THE PUBLIC GENERALLY. THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
